THE CHALLENGE
(ate)ifi was preparing to launch an innovative snack machine to compete with traditional vending machines. After product development and testing with initial customers, (ate)ifi wanted to accelerate its sales efforts. It needed a website that would speak to buyers of vending machines, and also to end-user customers who buy from vending machines.
THE PROCESS
Quarterdeck collaborated closely with the founder of (ate)ifi to design and launch their website. The website was informed by user research on how customers evaluate and buy snacks.
Throughout development, the website was tested with buyers of vending machines, and feedback was incorporated in real-time to emphasize what makes (ate)ifi unique.
